What is the return policy?
We are unable to accept returns. All sales are final and made to order.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can edit your address, email, and billing details via your account.
When will I get my order?
All Prints & Originals are sent via tracked delivery. Please allow 7 business days for UK/IOM deliveries and up to 21 business days for International shipments. Print Club orders are sent via 1st class postage so not tracked. If your print club has not arrived please email hello@natbruyseelsartist.com
What is the processing time?
All Prints & Originals are shipped within 10 days from purchase. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. If your country is not coming up as available please email hello@natbruynseelsartist.com and we'll get this rectified.
